Actor Joe Pesci finally sold his New Jersey waterfront mansion after having it on the market for two years
According to the Real estate website, the home went under contract for $6.5 million on Monday, making it the most expensive listing in Lavallette.
Pesci has owned the house since 1994, when he purchased it for $850,000 and upgraded it with a Pesci-themed cinema room, open floor layout, private elevator, and luxury bathroom.
Pesci got into a heated argument with two neighbors who sought to expand their boating docks to 300 feet while it was on the market.
Pesci originally listed the 7,200-square-foot property in November 2019 and pulled it off the market at least three times before relisting it after failing to find a buyer.
