Oregon is the only other state besides New Jersey with a full-service law. However, Oregon’s laws are far less strict and allow certain parts of the state to have self-service gas stations.

He is being treated for brain trauma. The affected regions of the brain are the thalamus and the basal ganglia. When these regions face damage, they typically lead to motor and sensory deficits. He is still undergoing medical testing to understand the severity of the injury.
