Ben Simmons, an NBA player, has put his New Jersey mansion on the market for over $5 million.

Philadelphia 76ers Player

Three bars, a gaming area, and a dog run can be seen in the home of the Philadelphia 76ers player who was suspended earlier this week.

NBA player Ben Simmons has listed his 10,477-square-foot New Jersey property for just under $5 million, despite his ongoing feud with the Philadelphia 76ers.

According to property records, Mr. Simmons, 25, listed the Moorestown, New Jersey, home on Wednesday, about two years after purchasing it for $2.3 million. It has five bedrooms, a large great room, and a tricked-out basement with a gaming room, full-service bar, and an aquarium. It sits on 1.78 acres at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The move comes after Simmons made it obvious that he wants to leave the Philadelphia team. The former first-round pick has been held out of training camp after refusing to participate in workouts.

Simmons, a three-time All-Star, had finally reported to the team on Monday after skipping practices when he didn't get the trade he wanted.

The Sixers have refused to pay their star point guard the $8.25 million owing him for missing media day and training camp.

Now, in yet another evidence that he is ready to leave Philadelphia for good, he has listed his home, which is only 20 minutes from Camden, where the 76ers train.

The five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home is over 10,000 square feet and features modern amenities throughout.

A formal dining room with a wine wall is one of the more interesting aspects. According to the description, there is a wet bar and a dry bar across from the dining area, as well as a spacious walk-in pantry.

A living space, another wet bar, a fireplace, and a private patio are included in the main suite. A deep tub and a rain shower are included in the ensuite bathroom.

A theatre, a big fish tank, a private game area, a full-service bar, and even a confectionery room are among the other attractions. Contact Juliet Cordeiro with Compass who holds the listing.
