3 homes on laurel Ave. Kearny on June 26, 2022, a massive fire destroyed the home of my wonderful Aunt Donna and Uncle Louis and little cousin’s home.

Fire depts. from at least 5 different towns as well as the County regional fire team, responded.

My 17 year old cousin is a student of Kearny High School. My uncle works for the state and they have all lived in Kearny for over 8 years.

The fire completely destroyed the top 2 floors of the apartment they were renting and all of they’re belongings. luckily the cat, Mr. Jax was saved as you can see in the picture.

The picture above was taken on June 26, 2022. They are now homeless and will need to completely rebuild their lives.
