After the Massacre in Michigan, a Student has been Charged with Making a Threat Against a High School in New Jersey

After a teenager was charged with making a threat over Snapchat, police will be present at a Monmouth County high school on Wednesday.
The threat was made just hours after three students were killed and eight others were injured in a shooting at a Michigan high school.
On the Howell Police Department's Facebook page, Howell Police Chief Andrew Kudrik said he alerted high school principal Jeremy Braverman Tuesday evening after learning of a Snapchat post with a photo of what seemed to be a pistol captioned "don't pu tomorrow."

According to the chief, the student was located within an hour and discovered to be in possession of an AirSoft weapon, which resembled an actual gun and was seen in the Snapchat shot.
"This was a terrible decision on the part of the adolescent. Despite the fact that there is no genuine danger of violence, we will have an increased police presence at the high school tomorrow (Wednesday) "Kudrick explained. "I appreciate everyone who noticed something and spoke up. My officers performed admirably under the direction of Sgt. Encarnacion."
Kudrick did not reveal the student's identity or the charges leveled against them. Juvenile cases are kept private.
