On Monday, a video that depicts an employee of the Charleston ShopRite slapping former mayor Rudy Giuliani on the back during an altercation that led police to pursue assault charges went viral online.

The New York Post first uploaded the black-and-white video, which appears to be from a store surveillance camera.

Since then, other people and media outlets have reposted it, resulting in many postings receiving millions of views.
