State Police Seeking Public’s Assistance with Fatal Crash Investigation

Fatal Crash Investigation

Felipe Dos-Santos, 31, of Elizabeth, N.J. on May 25.

The New Jersey State Police is seeking the public’s assistance with a fatal hit-and-run crash investigation that killed Felipe Dos-Santos, 31, of Elizabeth, N.J. on May 25.

Based on the preliminary investigation, detectives determined that at approximately 12:45 a.m., Felipe was walking northbound on shoulder of the Garden State Parkway in the area of milepost 130.4 in Woodbridge Township.


He was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene after the crash and continued traveling north. As a result, Felipe sustained fatal injuries.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or the events leading up to or following the crash is asked to contact the Troop "D" Criminal Investigation Office at 732-441-4500 ext. 7426. Anonymous tips are welcome.
