Ruben was last seen on May 27, 2020, at approximately 9:48 a.m., in the area of West Palisade Avenue in Englewood. Ruben is described as a black male, approximately 6'0', 240 pounds, with brown eyes, balding with gray hair. He was last seen wearing burgundy pants and a black New York Yankees baseball cap. He also suffers from dementia.
